Engineers, who are full-time employees and are stationed at headquarters or in one of 5 offices, provide a highly effective communications channel. These individuals are the main point of contact for the customer starting with order intake and continuing right through to after-sales service and beyond.
Our foreign subsidiaries are autonomous entities which have highly qualified employees working under the direction of a General Manager. The subsidiaries are part of Herding Holding. This ensures that the Herding philosophy and the products comply with corporate standards.
In countries where we do not have a local subsidiary, we work with qualified partners who receive training in Amberg and have access to support from Amberg when necessary.
For all other countries, engineers working in the AAD Department in Amberg handle queries and quotations and provide advice, giving us a worldwide presence.
